How does it work?

  • The "Five Step Program" always starts with an in depth consultation. A full body composition analysis is done to identify lean body mass, fat percentage & the basal metabolic rate. This information is very important in designing the correct fitness program and is taken into consideration in the weight management advice offered as an integral part of losing fat, building muscle mass & altering eating habits.
  • Explaining in depth why cardio & strength training must go hand in hand with nutrition to achieve lasting weight management results is vital to the program. It is actually the key element to achieving a major lifestyle change and maintaining weight in the long run.
  • We then take the next step which involves a complete orientation in the gym. Explaining how to use the cardio & strength machines correctly to avoid injury & monitor intensity to avoid over-training.
  • Two personal training sessions are conducted to design a personalized fitness workout that will ensure the progression of fitness levels. Members will be responsible for following this program for the duration of six weeks.
  • Monitoring progress is an essential part of this program so an appointment is scheduled for a follow up. Body measurements and a body composition analysis is conducted again.
  • Another personal training session is scheduled and a new fitness program is put in place to make sure progression is successful and the body doesn't adapt to one workout which stagnates progress and the body doesn't reap the benefits.
