If you want to get A TONED BODY, then this PT session is for you. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been lifting for years, you’ll discover new exercises, techniques, and routines that will sculpt your body from head to toe. Get ready to torch belly, thigh, and back fat! Tighten your abs and butt! Tone your arms, shoulders, and legs!

This PT boxing style cardio workout will help you improve endurance and coordination. Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks in this non-contact class. This workout will challenge your stamina and coordination and get your heart rate racing as we layer moves together into kickboxing combos. All levels are welcome

If you are looking to get a good sweat, burn a ton of calories and improve your fitness level? Then you need to be in this PT session. It’s like a game of musical chairs. Everyone begins at a station and when the personal trainer yells” time”! Everyone will then move to the next station. It is fun, highly motivating and will bring you closer to achieving your goal. The BONUS is that you will be burning calories long after your done and a BIG smile on your face.
